Couples Massage Workshop
Knotty Back Owners,
How many times have you come home from a long day at work with your back or shoulders completely knotted up?
So you ask whoever you can coerce if they would give you a massage.
Because they love you sooo much, they agree, but thirty seconds later they give up. Now their hands are tired, or worse yet, cramping up and your neck, back or shoulders are …still full of knots!
The problem is that they don’t know techniques that would save their hands and would allow them to give you a longer, more fulfilling massage.
Chances are when they ask you to return the favour, you give up in about the same time because you don’t know good techniques either!
The good news is that in only one afternoon you and your loved one can both learn how to give each other much longer massages without hurting yourself or even leaving your hands tired!
During the course of the afternoon you will learn:
- 3 Body Use Principles to save your hands
- A 10 minute routine so that you’ll never run out of things to do two minutes into a massage!
- 3 easy ways to ensure they get the most out of the massage
- How to position yourself so your partner gets the most out of the massage
- Techniques that you can use on yourself for those times when there just isn’t anyone else around
As an added bonus, you will get an hour and a half of massage during the workshop! You and your partner will get to practice on each other during the workshop while getting feedback from the instructor.
There’s just no other way to do a massage workshop but to be very hands on and practical.
